We are delighted to offer a daily delegate rate for the convenience of a more compact meeting package. For a minimum of 10 delegates, the daily delegate rate is available in most of our meetings. The Daily Delegate Rate includes the following:-

• Arrival herbal infusions and coffee with freshly bakes pastries
• Mid morning herbal infusions and coffee with home made biscuits
• A pre-chosen 3 course buffet lunch
• Mid afternoon herbal infusions and coffee with home made biscuits
• ½ Bottle of mineral water per delegate
• Refreshing mints
• Bentley writing pad per delegate
• Bentley pencil with eraser per delegate
• Flip chart with coloured pens
• Screen for Projection (projector not included)

For larger bookings in the Alexander Suite, you can use the entrance lobby for the tea breaks and buffet lunch, so there is a break from the meeting room.

We also offer an array of additional presentation and technical equipment for which we can provide rates for, according to your requirements. To ensure availability, we ask that these arrangements are requested at least 7 days prior to your event.
