Booking Conditions

Please arrive to your appointment at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. All services offered have a specific time schedule. All appointments will begin and end at their scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed. If you arrive late for your appointment and the treatment does not start on time then as a consequence the treatment time will be reduced accordingly.

We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointment time. We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible and will be at the Spa’s discretion.

For Hammam Ritual treatments; guests MUST bring a change of swimwear or undergarments with them to wear in the Hammam. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking which will incur the cancellation fee.

Self-use Hammam sessions consist of a private and exclusive Hammam session in which the guest will carry out their own Ritual (there is no therapist). Swimwear will be optional for these bookings.

Spa vouchers must be presented in a printed form upon arrival to the Spa. Failure to provide a voucher can result in your treatment being cancelled or a full payment required at the time of treatment.

Please ensure you notify the Spa 48 hours prior to your appointment time in writing if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you do not cancel within this period, you will be charged 100% full payment for all treatments not cancelled in the time allotted.

Group bookings must refer to their terms & conditions stated when making the booking.
