Tips for a Winning Day at Wimbledon

If you’re joining the Queue, arrive early—very early—to give yourself the best chance of getting into the grounds or even landing one of the 500 daily show court tickets available for Centre Court, No.1, or No.2 Court. Bring a picnic blanket, some snacks, and your favourite book or card game to pass the time in style. Be prepared to make friendly conversation with fellow tennis fans which is all part of the fun!

Even if you don’t land a show court seat straight away, don’t fret. Grounds passes give you access to a host of outer courts—including Courts 12, 18, and 3—as well as The Hill (also known as Henman Hill or Murray Mound), where you can catch the action on the big screen and maybe even make your own TV appearance!

Bonus Tip: Once inside, keep an eye on the ticket resale kiosks. As ticket holders leave for the day, their unused show court seats are resold at a discount—a brilliant way to snag top Wimbledon seats for less.
