Le Kalon Spa at The Bentley Hotel
We are open Monday to Sunday 10am to 7pm and all visits to the Spa are by appointment in advance. Appointments are subject to availability. We are flexible in appointments and on occasion can organiser earlier or later appointments. This is at the discretion of the Le Kalon team and is according to availability. We also able to offer some of the beauty treatments in-room however this must be discussed and organised in advance and is at the discretion of the Therapists.
Because of the exclusive and private nature of the Spa, to protect our Guests, we do not allow impromptu visits to the Spa. If you are interested in using the facilities, an appointment needs to be made in advance with one of the team for you to view Le Kalon Spa.
Reservations can be made by speaking to the Le Kalon team. Reservations require a credit card for confirmation. We also require your name, room number, telephone number and other contact details if you are not a hotel guest. We may also ask you medical questions to ensure the treatment you require is appropriate.
What to wear and where to change
As a Hotel resident, you have a private lift on each floor with direct access to the Spa, so you are able to visit us with your robe on. For visiting guests, we have ladies and gentleman’s changing facilities with lockers, a shower, vanity area and sauna.
To ensure Guests’ safety, you will be required to complete a small questionnaire prior to your treatment with regards to your health, previous treatment history and use of Spa’s. For use of the gym, you will receive a demonstration on how to operate the various equipments.
Cancellation Policy and Appointment Change
Please ensure you notify the Spa 48 hours prior to your appointment time in writing if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you do not cancel within this period you will be charged 100% full payment for all treatments not cancelled in the time allotted. Services and prices are subject to change.
